Hope someone can help.
Is it possible to use some sort of conditional formatting with data validation? I want a data validation to come up if an YES is selected, and not if NO is selected? I just want the form to look clean rather than having boxes with data validation in if they're not needde, and people might try and fill them in when they don't need to, and possible cause more problems. Warning: I don't have any knowledge of VB, so is it possible to do something without using this? Thanks Helen |

Yes it is possible if I understand you correctly.
Surely you just need to put in your data validation. Then apply conditional formatting...if cell value = "Yes" set format. Not very clear but the process is fairly straightforward just follow the wizards. Let me know if you get stuck again. Jim |
