I have tried linking the format of one worksheet to another, by using the Format, stlye function, and it will not work. Does anyone have a clue how to do this? I linked the data, and I also want to link the format of the cells (let's say the color of the cell). It is not conditionally formatting.
Any help would be greatly appreciated Thanks |

Christal,
Have you tried Edit/Paste Special/Formats? |

Well... I guess it may have been obvious, but it doesn't work. So... let me recap my problem:
I am trying to link two spreadsheets together...., one spreadsheet that I input information into one, and the other that is updated automatically. The data gets updated, but the format of the cell doesn't, ie. color, etc. I did cut and paste special: didn't work I did Refresh All: didn't work I opened both files and save them both: didn't work I am lost! Anyone have any ideas?? Frustrated!! Thanks! [ This Message was edited by: christal on 2002-05-06 05:49 ] |
