probability plotting

In Excel, how do you plot exceedance frequency data on a graph with x-axis in percent (log-normal distribution)and y axis having sample values? Buy a stand alone program? Buy an add-in? Or can standard Excel do this?

Make sure you have installed the Analysis Tool Pack.
After, check out histograms, charts, trends, ect...
I'm not much for math beyond 2+2=5 so that is the best I can do for you.
I would be surprised if you could not accomplish what you need with Excel.
