Help! Need to retrieve a deleted file

Hi
I have accidentally deleted a workbook from a network server. Is there any way of recovering it? Thanks in advance

Check with your IT dept and see If they
have done a recent backup.

Also, if, like mine, your IT department consists of a voicemail message all day, try right-clicking your desktop and see if there's a "restore file" option - I think this might just be Novell though, sorry, I'm no tecchie

Thanks for your suggestions guys, luckilly I found a copy of the file in an old e-mail.
