3 Forms and 3 worksheets in a workbook - Help Please

Hi,

I have a form with 3 option buttons. The user selects which form they want to use and it pops up. I am having a bit of trouble where no matter which form is selected, all the data is being written to sheet1. Can anyone help me with how to get data from each form to go to their respective sheets?

I figured it out thanks, I had these forms in separate workbooks so when I combined them I forgot to change the sheet numbers in my code.
