Creating a Address Macro.....

i have 900 names and addresses on a workbook and i want to create a macro to enter them into a different program here at work. Is that possible, and if so, how in the hell do i do it? Record?? Write it all out in Vba? i don't know. PLEASE HELP, i don't want to have to enter them in one at a time.
