I have a big Excel file (350 KB), it is read-only, currently every time when i open the file, a window "data may be lost" always come up, why it happens? How can solve it? Thanks

A couple of thimgs to check on :
Are there any auto run macros with the workbook ? Do you have a cells that contains large amounts of text ? |

Off the top of my head I can't think of anything else that could cause this. It may be that a cell / some cells have too much text in ( though I've only seen this when trying to "do" something to the cell ( eg spell check ).

try open excel file and save as new name.
close excel and open the new file.. fixed?
