I have a workbook with 7 pages of info. When I use Print Preview it shows 14 pages, the last 7 of which have no data on them. When I use Page Break Preview, it shows only 7 pages. How do I get rid of the 7 blank pages so when I print I do not waste paper (7 extra pages with just the header/footer)? Any help is greatly appreciated.

It seems like you may have pages indicated after page #7. Go to 'view' then 'page break preview', scroll to the bottom of the last page and try pulling down the page seperator, you'll probably find that there are more pages there, just delete them.

suggest using page break view and zoom to smaller size say 50 % easier to see see if you have any data in the odd 7 pages if not delete them
if you have not see this before the blue lines outline each page

Hi Slangbert,
You may want >File>Page Setup>Sheet and see what is in the "Print Area" James |
