Hi,
when I save an Excel file as a CSV file (Comma delimited *.csv) on a PC, it is created with comma (,) separator. If I do the same things on another PC, the CSV file is created with semicolon ( Why? Thanks in advance. Mara |

Check the Number List separator value in the Regional Settings Control Panel.

The problem is:
I have 2 PC: the first has the Regional Settings setted to Italian Standard and the second is setted to English United States. The standard list separator is ";" for Italian and "," for English. The respective CSV files are created with the right separator. If I change the List Separator in Italian Regional Settings to "," the CSV file is still created with ";" separator. If I change Regional Setting Italian to English, the CSV file is created with "," separator. I would like to have Italian Regional settings and "," as CSV separator Ciao Mara |
