I need to return place names in a spreadesheet eg
Town A 12.5 Average Town B 15.5 Above Ave Town C 16.0 Above Ave Town D 10.0 Below Ave I need to place town names another part of the sheet. eg Average (lookup cell)Above Ave (lookup cell) Town A Town B Town C Any suggestions |

Try Advanced Filter. Give name to each column .. say in cell A1 TOWN, in cell A2 RATE, and in cell A3 GRADE, then your criteria could be in range E1:E2, with GRADE in cell E1, and Above Ave in cell E2. Regards!
