Why do I get this message when I am trying to search the articles? Is it something I am doing or is there a problem somewhere else?

what keyword / keywords are you using ?
it's possible if you've picked a common word like "Excel" it'll find too many instances Ditto, if you chose "Changing the column width" without specifying ALL words (it deafults to ANY) it will bring back any instances of the word "the" and thus find too many
