Funtion or macro! Help! Date workbook was last time modified

Hi!!

I need help...
I need a funtion or macro that would put in cell A1, for exemple, the date the workbook was modified (that displays in Windows Explorer...)

Is there a way???

Hi, Please put this code into ThisWorkbook module.



Private Sub Workbook_BeforeSave(ByVal SaveAsUI As Boolean, Cancel As Boolean)

    Sheets(1).[A1].Value = Date
