moving the default location of personal.xls macro storage

Is it possible to move the loaction excel looks for personal.xls macro storage. I work on a network and would like the file to be on network drive instead of the loacl c: drive.
I have the default file location set in TOOLS/OPTIONS, but that only workd for data files.
Also where is the custom list stored. Can I change that default to a LAN drive as well.

Save your Personal.xls in a folder on the drive you want and then, inexcel, Choose Tools>Options>General. Type in the path in the Alternate Startup File Location box.
