I'm not quite sure what you mean. By "parens" do you mean quotes? I assume they're needed.
You should just be able to copy what charlie posted, but just change "Jean Selva" to the email address you want it sent to. |

If you have any confusion this topic is literally littered on this site with posts and examples and NS VBE help has at least 3...
be careul with routing as your need MS Exchange for that one..
