My friends,

I want to in put data to cell from a form. How could I design this form ?

Hi nguyenthehoat,

Already, excel has form. please check Data(D) > Form(O).

If you want to use an userform, you can make it on VBE.
*1.Press [Alt] and [F11] key sametime.
*2.Press [Alt] and [I] key sametime.
*3.Press [U] key.
