I have a workbook with 28 worksheets. I want to produce a pdf document containing sheets 2 to 27 (all set to single pages). I am using Acrobat 5 distiller. If I select the required sheets and select print to distiller to print active sheets it always misses off the first page.
How can I overcome this problem. I look forward to your help. |

this (albeit with PDFWriter, which is more executive-proof than Distiller).

Thanks for this. In print preview the document appears exactly as I want it but when I print the pdf file I still get the first page printed seperately.
Any more ideas? |
