Hello, how to copy from excel to word w/ maintain all the format? i always try to copy from excel but whatever i copy are all not in format after i copy to word.Is there any way to solve the problem?

By default, it pastes as a Word table. Try Edit-Paste special, as a picture or Excel object or some other format. Try the different ones to find out what works best for you.

Be careful when pasting as an Excel object, though, unless you'd like the user to be able to edit charts etc. A couple of reports at work ended up over 3Mb in size (at less than 15 pages) due to this- pasting as a picture (not Bitmap) takes up the least space.
