I sure Ive done this before.
I have a work book with 55 worksheets in it and want to sum a the same cell in each sheet. I have tried =sum(sheet(1)!a1:'sheet(55)'!a1) when I point to the cells this is what it comes up with as well but it won't work |

Type =SUM( in the cell where the answer is to appear.
Click on the tab of the first sheet to be summed and select the cell to be summed. Hold down the SHIFT key and click on the tab of the last sheet to be included. Type ) to close the SUM. |
