I have data in Excel workbooks/sheets and need to copy the data, format and font style into a Word document (annual report) without copying the formulas (file size gets too large in Word). Cut and paste doesn't bring the format or fonts - just the data and formulas. This is very time consuming as I have to spend time reformatting the data.

Have you tried copying formats and data only into another Excel spreadsheet using paste special and then copying that into Word?
