Hi ppl.
ok
i want to be able to push a command button in my worksheet and make a picture.gif (or excel table from another worksheet) open in a new window, and while this window is open i want to be able to work in my worksheet.

U guys think u can help me?

There's a big difference between showing a picture and showing another area of your worksheet. Do you need both or just one or the other?
