Gosh I could do with this guys, is it possible...

Create and apply a style. See the Excel Help topic for "Format cells and lists quickly with styles or built-in table formats".

Mark.... this is fantastic ! maybe 20 seconds saved.... but in a whole day, quite a few minutes, maybe a whole hour or so in a working week
