sharing passwords for protected sheets

Can someone tell if I can share a password to a protected sheet with another user.??
So that this user can open the sheet from his userid..?

GetUserName lpBuff, Len(lpBuff)

sheets(1).unprotect "password"

Put this in a new, normal module, it will fire on opening. Sheets(1) is the first sheet (physical location), change as desired.

You could also test for the Excel username, which could change by the minute all to easily, but I'll throw it out there as an option. I prefer and recommend the earlier post's procedure.

sheets(1).unprotect "password" 

end sub

Change the username in quotes and password in quotes, hopefully you're off to the races.
