I recently bought a book at a used book store that may have some of the types of programs you are looking for. The book is "Principles of Operations Management" by Render and Heizer. The book came with a computer program called "POM for Windows". Although I have only begun to explore this program, it has the following modules: Decision Analysis, Forecasting, Quality Control, Reliability, Linear Programming, Breakeven/Cost-Volume Analysis, Location, Transportation, Learning Curves, Operations Layout, Assembly Line Balancing, Waiting Lines, Aggregate Planning, Inventory, Simulation, Material Requirements Planning, Lot Sizing, Job Shop Scheduling, Assignment, Project Management (PERT/CPM). The computer program accompanies the book and tutorials are included. Good luck in your search.
