When I am in the visual basic module and highlight a word and press F1 to get help on it I get “cannot find the mainxl.hlp file” “check to see that the file exists on your disk, if it doesn’t you need to reinstall it”. I did a file search with no luck, checked the office disk and did not find the file on it. Any ideas? Thanks

sometimes some odd files can be a pain to find Microsoft has adopted a habbit on file compiling so the file you need copuld be lost in a CAB file or odd exe file, Just Microsofts way, if the file is so hard to find re install Office or Excel in this case Office will allow custom so just choose excel load or can opt for repair and choose AS PREVIOUSE this assumes all was ok before
IF you REALLY stuck im sure i can twist an ear to find this file and where she lives if needs be,

Copy the Correct Help File and Rename It
is what the feed ulr states or re point to th hlp file, is this not my offer to supply such a file?
