Where do I find commands?

I am exporting report data from another program (Remedy). It uses an ini file to get it into Excel. For example:

[excelrecord]
Path=c:excelexcel.exe
Application=excel
Topic=system
Format=TAB
XFRDATA=Clipboard
Command1=[NEW(1)][PASTE()][SAVE.AS(,0)]

For the command line(s), those commands listed above are great and all, but where do I find additional commands I can use? Excel Help seems to be no help on this.
