negative percentages, positive percentages, list boxes and a

how would I have a hand entered percentage automatically come out subtracted from a total in a column?
how would I create this in a list box that already has many items attached to formulas in it involving vlookup and or Hlookup?

one last thing:
I cant seem to get exact decimals
I have 7.875 and it automatically formats it to 7.88
I dont want that... how do I stop it?

Format the cell as Number -- General

the stinking mouse was stuck in a double click so I wasnt getting that option, all I had was font formatting

I fixed it though.

I still need help with the resizing of a table array for a vlookup

I am not quite sure what you mean, but the Table or list for a VLOOKUP is a range, where the first part of the range is the top left hand corner of the range, and the second part of the range delineates the bottom right hand corner of the range. So, to change the size of the array, adjust the cell references in the range.
I know the description I gave is pretty simplistic -- if you are looking for some thing else, please provide more specific information.
