Hi, I'm working with a fairly large database, and in order to more easily get some formulas working I resorted the database based on some key values. The problem is, when I re-sort the database back to how it was before, all of the references in the formulas remain exactly the same, they don't track where the cells go. In my particular case, the cells end up changing rows, but the formula still points to the same old row and my results get all messed up.
I've tried variations on say, H3, $H3, H$3, and $h$3 but none of them work. Any suggestions? |
