I use templates that I made for entering text in a cell that contains several rows and colums, which are merged. I protected the sheet except for the merged cells that I want to enter text. I use the tab key to go from cell to cell. The problem I have is, only the top part of the merged cell displays. I want to display the complete cell so I can see what I am entering. I am sure this has an easy fix, but so far it has been beyond me.Thanks for any help

If I understand your situation, you may not have the Word Wrap format selected for the cell where the text is being entered. If this is not the problem, can you give a more specific example? Thanks.

Yes, word wrap is on and text will wrap to next line, but the merged cell box will not scroll up to display what I am typing. Thanks |

Wayne is right -- you have to select the 'Wrap text' in FORMAT|CELLS|ALIGNMENT|Text Control
... and you will see more than just one line of text. Regards! |
