Print two sides of paper

I need to print on both sides of a paper
the printer has the abillity to do so.
is there any way to do from excel ?

G'day,

Sort of - under page setup you'll likely have to go into Options (which is actually the same view you'd get if you went to control panel/printers/*right click* properties on the printer).

There should be a printer setting there to print double-sided - assuming your printer is able to do so and has the correct driver.

1st you need to check the printers own software options some say HP 5l will allow full duplex printing on the fly which is what you ask for here.

Some ie I use a HP5l and I can not as NetWare access rights I have do not allow driver selections, so I have to speak to my best friends the IT dept to use their printer the same HP5l and remote print on the network, thus duplex prints. The trick is the printer sends the same sheet round for sheet 2 print and them delivers its work.

However:

Fix you might need.

1 print all as is on separate sheets and drop in the photo copier I have a cannon 60ml that’s 65 pages per minute laser quality so I duplex there.

2 the tried honored way of print odd pages the turn the sheets round and print even pages this will be controlled in file print and setting menus, simple to do but agro I guess.

Its worth noting that if you have windows XP on the desktop it have an ability to do this im sure, but im not such a XP man, you need to check drivers and the print setups.
