Dropdown question (I know it has been covered but)

I have searched the past posts for 3 days now but I get close but stil cant workout the bugs in my problem.

I'm creating a "quote form" with Drop downs. My problem is I want cell D11 (which is a drop down) to Dictate what the Drop downs in B19 show. And when you select the B19 dropdown selection(description) D19(price) automatically select the price for the description. I am using the DATA/Validation to get the info into the drop downs.
