hi - i know u have to use vb to get a button can anyone give me a code to use in it to get a button on a sheet to make it print by just clicking on it

Chris,
One way is this: View Toolbars Forms - Select the button symbol - Draw a button using the cursor - Name the macro "Printsheet" OK Tools Macro Record New Macro - Name the macro "Printsheet" File OK Stop Recording * Rename the text on the button to "Print" or whatever you want. Wayne |

i would like it to look like if u go to file in excel 2000 and open new there are 4 different spreadsheet solutions the one for the village software and in there there is a little button to "print this form" does anyone know a code to put into vb to use it in another workbook
