I'm working on a file that, somehow, has been linked to another workbook. The linked workbook doesn't exist. How can I delete the link?

Thanks, however, I don't have the Edit or Break Link option in the Links option box. Is it because I'm working on Excel 97?

Do the edit > Links thing and choose change source. select the file you currently have open and it will break the link. You are basicly linking the file to itself.

Speaking of links, Barrie dropped a good one to a MS add-in to help clean up your file. See post #2 if you're still having trouble.
