Is there any way that excel can find a value greater or less than zero in a certain column and move those specific value and merge them to the colum next to it.
The examaple I have is if I have a set of numbers in Colum A such as A1 = 87 A2 = 0 A3= 78 A4 = 0 In Colum B my values are B1= 0 B2 = -89 B3= 0 B4 = -88 I want to move those value in column b that are greater or less than zero and merge them into clomun A. Is there any way that excel can do that automatically? |

When you say "merge", do you mean so that they are added together? If so, you can copy column B and then Paste-Special-Add into column A.
