Moving Values in one Column????

Is there any way that excel can find a value greater or less than zero in a certain column and move those specific value and merge them to the colum next to it.

The examaple I have is if I have a set of numbers in Colum A such as

A1 = 87
A2 = 0
A3= 78
A4 = 0

In Colum B my values are

B1= 0
B2 = -89
B3= 0
B4 = -88

I want to move those value in column b that are greater or less than zero and merge them into clomun A.

Is there any way that excel can do that automatically?

When you say "merge", do you mean so that they are added together? If so, you can copy column B and then Paste-Special-Add into column A.

I shouldn't said merge. Just move those specific values over into the next coulmm. Not add them toghether

I just tried out the paste Paste-Special-Add and that worked well. Thanks for the help.
