The up and down control bar on the right side
of the screen breaks into two parts when I click on it. I have to use the up and down arrows to move the screen. Can you help? Thank you. Lester

Are you sure that, when you go to slide the bar down, you're not grabbing the bar above the top arrow? This would cause a split screen with two scroll bars...

You're probably not doing this, but just thought I'd ask...
