I am preparing a financial statement in Excel and am working with percentages. The only problem I have is I want the percent to read (1.19)% but cannot format this. I keep getting -(1.19)% - How do I get rid of the minus sign.

Within Format->Cells->Custom Choose 0.00% and change to: 0.00%;(0.00%) Cheers - Paul |
