another date format question

i want to have a text like this in one cell
the date part should change when ever it is run .

"Report Name as of May 16, 2002"

If the cell already contains the date, you can change the format to:

"Report Name as of "mm/dd/yyyy

Make that

="Report Date as of "&TEXT(TODAY(),"mmm dd, yyyy")
