How do I change a range?

I have a file that someone helped me with but left out one key piece of information.
There is a named range, called pricelist, that is being used with vlookup. I havent the slightest on how to manipulate this value, even after reading the help file on Vlookup. any more information would be usefull

Choose the Insert | Name | Define... menu command to see what 'pricelist' "refers to" (i.e., the cell range).
