Iam using excel xp. When I double click a cell that contains a formula, the cells used in the formula are highlighted with a colored border. I seem to have one rouge cell. When I double click on this particular cell, the cells used in the formula are not highlighted. Why is this for this one cell and is there a way to turn this feature on and off? Per cell? Thanks.

I have been playing with this problem, and if I delete cells in the formula to a certain point the highlighting appears. It seems to be at 34 computations.(=a2+a42+a82 etc till 34 additions) Is there a limit to this feature of highlighting cells?
