When receiving email with downloads I cannot access the messages from download. Receive this message "Windows cannot find 602Text.exe" "program is needed for opening files of the type 602Text documents" What can I do

I'm thinking you mean an attachment in your email. If this is what you mean try first saving the attachment to your local drive before opening it .
