I have now corrected the formatting for negative percentages showing the % sign. My next question is the areas where I do not want the percent sign to show and so my figures align right I have been formatting them as #.00_% but then when I have a negative using this format I get the minus sign and I want the number to be formatted (1.77)not -(1.77). How do I correct this.

#.00_);(#.00)
tishnaha, you really need to take a look at the Excel Help topic for "Custom number, date, and time format codes" to become self-reliant. |

No attitude... just the facts, ma'am. You've posted twice in the span of 2 days on the same topic -- formatting negative percentages.
