Match and list exceptions

I have 2 lists of names from two months of payroll runs. Each month has 2-3 payroll runs. So, one employees name may be listed 2 or three or even 4 times depending on how many checks they received each month. I need a formula that will match the names from one months list to the prior months and return a list of only the names it did NOT find. Is this even possible?

Care to post (names anonymized) first 10 rows of one of these lists along with the exact locations (sheet & cell range) of both lists?

If inclined to do so, activate an unused cell, type =, select 10 rows including labels, hit F9, Edit|Copy what you see, and past it here in the follow up post.
