I have Excel file in MS Office 2000 with macro. When I generated the file I would like to remove completely macro ( to reduce size and to simlify operations with the file ). Can I do it?

Sure! Go to the VB editor, and in the Project Explorer (show it if it's hidden), right-click on the module that holds your macro (most likely called Module1), and select remove. It will ask you if you want to export it first - you only need to do this if you want to save the macro/module by itself - if you don't need it, click No.
Hope this helps, Russell |
