I have a sheet that contains time stamped events. The time stamps are in GMT (UTC), is there an wasy way to ~accurately~ convert these to local time?

Well. I am -5 GMT.
5 / 24 (hours) = .20833333333 If I subtract .20833333 from the GMT time, I get my time. Cells must be formatted to show time and date.
