How can I change the following in Excel Field
Smith, John to John Smith AND Field called First Name Field called Last Name Split the Name so that John is in First Name and Smith is in Field Last Name |

If your data is in the format you have indicated, highlight the data and use text to columns, with a comma as the delimiter. Then you can just cut the first name column and insert the cut cells beofre the surname.
