Thanx, but that just counts the BLANK cells. I was looking for NONBlank cells.

I also figured another way around it before I read your last post. It goes as follows: (Number of rows in my NamedRange = 220) =(220)-COUNTBLANK(STYLE) |

yes, counta is the easiest! just type = COUNTA(Range)
