price list

I am trying to import a catolog price list into Excel. I only have a physical copy of the price list and have tried to scan it and import it using an OCR software to no avail. Is there any way that I should request a digital form from the wholesale company, and in what form. Please help.

Well I have not done proce lists, but we have done dozens of mailing lists in CSV format. Appears to be universal to a lot of systems.
