How do you make a cell expand automatically ( preferably downwards, i.e. within a set width )as you enter text into it, & then retain its size after the last digit has been entered?

Hey,
Are you refering to wrapped text? If so, select the cells you want, then go to Format cells/alignment tab/check wrap text. Adam |

Not quite. I want the cell to expand as I type in it ( so as to allow it to accept the text! - otherwise it won't - or maybe it will but you won't see it!)
