Macro to run directly XL Opened

I need a macro to run as soon as XL is opened without any promting. Any ideas?

If this is for personal use you can put it in the:

Private Sub Workbook_Open()

End Sub

of your personal.xls workbook, when opened this workbook doesn't prompt for macros.

Other than that it's not a option I think you'll find on this board.
