I have recently created a report which links data from various pivot tables (in the same workbook).
From this I created a couple of charts to visualise the data in the same worksheet. I have created a macro to copy the worksheet containing my report into a new book and to change the linked cells from a formula to a value. However I still have a third chart which links directly back to a pivot table in the origional workbook and I'm always asked if I want to update the chart when opening the new workbook. Is there any way I can remove the link to the chart like in cells, i.e. copy and paste as value? |

I found this in internet Why not take a picture of the chart (Shift+Edit / Copy Picture) , paste the picture somewhere and delete the live chart (or re-use it for some other data). Bill Manville MVP - Microsoft Excel Oxford, England does it helps ?
