HOw to create an action key

Need to create an action key which will run a program in another workbook, actualt how to create any action key would be a start. Ie a button you click on and the program runs.

You can do this by putting a macro in the personal.xls workbook. you can assign a hotkey to run the macro which will open the workbook and do whatever you want or you can use application.onkey.
